File review and management

We can assist banks and other lenders in the management of facilities in default, or where concerns have arisen. Such services include:

• Development and implementation of exit strategies, either in-house or on an outsourcing basis;
• The conduct of investigative accounting reviews, including detailed reviews of debt factoring and invoice discounting facilities;
• Assistance to cover leave absences and work peaks;
